Draw (drawleads.co) provides software and done-for-you services that answer your calls, texts, and web-form leads in your business name, qualify them to your rules, book jobs on your calendar, and deliver leads to you. The complete, current terms are published in full at the bottom of this page; the summary below covers the key points.
Draw acts as your front office — answering and qualifying every call, text, and web form, booking jobs, and following up. On a paid plan Draw also builds and manages Google ads under your brand and sends Neighbor Mail postcards you request. Ad spend is billed directly by Google to your own account, never through Draw and with no markup. Neighbor Mail postage is charged per card from a prepaid balance.
Draw provides the phone, text, and scheduling system used by home-service businesses (water, fire, and storm damage restoration, mold remediation, renovation, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, and foundation repair contractors). When a homeowner contacts one of these businesses about a job, the business may reply by text message to confirm details, answer questions, and schedule an appointment. These are conversational, one-to-one customer-care messages about the homeowner's own request — never marketing, and never sent to anyone who hasn't first reached out to the business.
You're responsible for using Draw lawfully and for the accuracy of the business information and rules you provide. You confirm you're authorized to forward your calls, connect your accounts (e.g., calendar), and have Draw communicate with the people who contact your business. Don't use Draw to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited marketing messages.
Your leads, your customer data, and your accounts remain yours — exportable, and yours to keep if you cancel. That includes your Google Ads account and the campaigns we build in it: the account is created and owned by you, we link to it as a manager, and when you cancel we simply remove our access. You keep the account, its history, and its data. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Your own business phone number is of course yours. Phone numbers we provision for you are part of the service, aren't transferable, and are retired when your subscription ends.
The Draw platform, and the landing pages we design, write, and host for you — including their layout, design, and copy — remain ours. While you're subscribed you have a license to use them for your business. That license ends when your subscription ends, and we stop serving your hosted landing pages at that point, including on a custom domain you've pointed at us. Please don't copy or republish those pages elsewhere afterward. If you want to keep running your campaigns after you cancel, you'll need to point them at a destination of your own.
When your subscription ends we also stop managing your campaigns — no more optimization, monitoring, or reporting. Anything still running in your account is yours to manage from that point on.
This doesn't take back anything in the section above. Your ad account, your campaigns, your leads, and your customer data stay yours.
Draw is provided "as is." We work hard to answer and deliver every lead, but we don't guarantee specific results, lead volume, or revenue, and we aren't liable for outcomes outside our control (carrier delivery, third-party outages, or how you follow up on a lead). To the extent permitted by law, Draw's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
