How homeowners consent to receive text messages from a home-service business they contacted, and the terms of that messaging program.
Draw provides the phone, text, and scheduling system used by home-service businesses (water, fire, and storm damage restoration, mold remediation, renovation, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and pest control contractors). When you contact one of these businesses about a job, the business may reply to you by text message to confirm details, answer your questions, schedule an appointment, remind you before it, and, after the job is done, ask once for a review with a link to its Google listing. These are conversational, one-to-one customer-care messages about your own request — never marketing, and never sent to anyone who hasn't first reached out to the business.
You opt in by contacting the business yourself first — by calling or texting the phone number they gave you, by submitting a request on their contact or estimate form, or by using the form below. Before you give your number you'll see the consent disclosure shown next to the checkbox. Checking the box and submitting is your consent to receive texts about your request. Opting in is not a condition of receiving service.
